A fusion of yoga with ballet, this class will have you centered and feeling rejuvenated. Laura will lead you in yoga mat work, centre exercises, and ballet techniques. This class will also include stretching, short meditation or Pranayama, and end in Savasana.

Adult Jazz is your chance to re-connect back with your body. It's all about believing in yourself and enjoying every moment of it. This high energy jazz class is designed for adults with or without any previous dance experience. Each class will include a warmup consisting of upper and lower conditioning, grooves, isolations, stretching and basic coordination drills. Jazz helps dancers improve flexibility while developing coordination and balance. Dancers will walk away with a basic understanding of grooving to a funky track as well as a learned piece of choreography to be developed throughout the term. Whether you love to dance in your living room or have been watching your kids dance for years but never taken a class, this program is for you.
