Welcome! To help keep our studio running smoothly and ensure everyone has the best experience possible, we’ve outlined our payment, withdrawal, and additional fee policies below.

Payment Information
To secure your child’s spot, all tuition fees are due upfront.
Auto-Pay Option: For your convenience, automatic payments can be set up directly through your student portal. Please note that processing fees do apply to this option. Please email vpsfrontdesk@gmail.com to arrange Auto-Pay.
Performance Videos: $25 per family
Performance Costumes: $45 – $55 per costume
Withdrawal & Absence Policies
We understand that schedules can change and life happens. Please review our policies regarding withdrawals and missed classes:
Tuition Non-Refundable Portion: 1/3 of your total tuition fee is non-refundable.
Before October 31st: If you withdraw on or before this date, the remaining 2/3 of your tuition will be fully refunded.
After October 31st: Tuition is non-refundable after this date.
Missed Classes: Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for classes missed due to a child's absence or sickness under any circumstance.
Studio Cancellations: If VPS needs to cancel a class unexpectedly, your account will be credited.
Medical Withdrawals: If a child must withdraw for medical reasons, please provide us with a doctor’s note and reach out to us to inquire about options for a medical leave of absence.

Please Note: Recital tickets are NOT included in your tuition fees and must be purchased separately. Ticket pricing and purchasing details will be shared closer to the event date!
